We are not saying they are true – just that they are out there.

WOLVES

Wolves winger Bakary Sako has been contacted by Russian side Dynamo Moscow about a move in recent weeks, some rumours are suggesting.

The Mali international, 26, will be out-of-contract at Molineux in the summer and has been courted by Black Country rivals West Brom about a move.

Wolves are reluctant to better Sako £25,000-a-week wages, a figure that Premier League clubs and Dynamo themselves would better comfortably.

WEST BROM

West Brom are apparently ready for a shock big-money move to lure Andre-Pierre Gignac to the Premier League from Marseille in his homeland.

The France international is also interesting Premier League big-guns Arsenal and Liverpool, but the Baggies are considering splashing the cash.

Hawthorns officials are toying with the idea of making the 29-year-old their highest earner on £75,000-a-week, with no transfer fee involved.

ASTON VILLA

Aston Villa could offer Italian international Alessandro Diamanti a second shot at the Premier League, five years after his one season spell at West Ham.

The 31-year-old playmaker is currently contracted to Chinese Super League side Guangzhou Evergrande, who have loaned him back to Fiorentina in his homeland.

And Villa are monitoring developments although the Viola have first refusal, with thoughts to borrow or either sign the player permanently.

WALSALL

All quiet at the Banks's Stadium today.
