The Baggies will visit St Andrew's for the first time since March 2011, when they won 3-1 when both were Premier League sides.

Hostilities will be renewed with Tony Pulis' men still a top-flight outfit, while Gary Rowett's rejuvenated Blues have climbed to mid-table in the Championship.

Both saw off non-league opposition to secure their place in the hat - West Brom thumping Gateshead 7-0 at home, while Rowett's men came from 2-0 down to win 3-2 at Blyth Spartans.

Wolves are another second-tier club who will face Premier League opposition in the next phase, provided they can see off Championship rivals Fulham in a replay next Tuesday night.

The two teams recorded a goalless draw at Craven Cottage, so will be back at Molineux to do it all again after the weekend.

Sunderland, containing former Wolves club-record signing Steven Fletcher, will welcome the winners of that tie to the Stadium of Light.

Villa face Championship opposition at home for the second round running, this time taking on league leaders AFC Bournemouth.

The claret and blues only saw off bottom club Blackpool in the 88th minute on Sunday and are likely to face a tougher test here, with Eddie Howe's Cherries flying high in their division.
