The 28-year-old, who was released from Molineux in August, has signed for the Championship's bottom club until January.

He had spent the past two months training with QPR and was recommended to new Blackpool boss Lee Clark by Harry Redknapp.

"I'm delighted this opportunity came along, Lee Clark gave me a call and I jumped at the opportunity," said O'Hara. "I'm desperate to get back on the football pitch.

"I'm really happy to be on board and hopefully I can help the team get some points on the board quickly."

O'Hara joined Wolves for £5million in 2011 but became a pariah among supporters following the club's 2013 relegation from the Championship.
