West Brom are reportedly close to the £2million signing of Argentine midfielder Sebastian Blanco, who was linked to Aston Villa earlier this month. The 26-year-old plays for Ukrainian side Metalist Kharkiv.
ASTON VILLA
Aston Villa have apparently bid £8million for Manchester United midfielder Tom Cleverley, but they face competition from Spanish club Valencia.
