West Brom face a home tie against Hull in the first game since Steve Clarke was removed from his position of head coach. West Brom have failed to pick up a point in any of their last four league games whereas Hull City have been in good form recently, picking up a victory of title challengers Liverpool.

Wolves head to Rotherham today on the back of two successive league defeats - first to Peterborough and then to MK Dons. However, the Molineux outfit sit second in League One but will be eager to return to winning ways today in a bid to keep their promotion bid strong throughout the festive period.

Walsall welcome Carlisle to Banks's Stadium today after picking up a 1-0 victory over league and local rivals Shrewsbury Town. The visitors will be buoyed by a 4-1 victory over Tranmere last weekend and will be keen to repeat that today against the Saddlers.

Villa are on the road and play Stoke in their Premier League clash. Villa will be hoping their strikeforce will be able to find the net especially Christian Benteke who has been struggling for form recently. Their 3-0 home defeat to Man United was not up to manager Paul Lambert's usual standard and he'll be eager for a victory to bounceback just before the festive holiday season.
