When you managed MILLWALL, you had the team TOP of Div 1 at Christmas, only to be RELEGATED that season, failing to win another game until being sacked 12 games into the following season in Div 2 (a run of 30+ games);

welsh. You never noticed Derek Jefferson in 73 then? Or Joltin Joe Gallagher,Bobby Coy,some kid named Clarke,Rikki Herbert,Peter Zelem and plenty more far worse defenders then Berra and Stearman.
