As Liverpool prepare for life without Fernando Torres, the men from Anfield are ready to bid £18m for Villa’s Ashley Young.
Meanwhile Liverpool have agreed a fee of £500,000 for Stephen Warnock.

Roman Bednar may be allowed to go to Bristol City on loan.

Birmingham City will scramble today to close a deal for Rubin Kazan and former Newcastle United striker Obafemi Martins.
WOLVES
Nothing to report – it could be that the signing of Jamie O’Hara on loan was their only bit of business.
