Chelsea defender Jeffrey Bruma is being lined up by Albion on loan.
The Baggies have joined the chase for Blackburn’s El-Hadji Diouf after he stalled on a move to Turkey. Wigan are also being linked with him.
Reading captain Matt Mills is still on Roberto Di Matteo’s radar but he faces competition from Nottingham Forest.
