Rob Smith and Larry Chambers have been appointed as the new management team at Hednesford.
The duo, who succeed Bernard McNally at Keys Park, had a successful four seasons in charge of AFC Telford, guiding them to the Blue Square North and winning the Setanta Shield, before being axed in May.
A club statement read: “Rob and Larry are very passionate football people and are sure to make an impact at Keys Park.
“The new management team will take over with immediate effect and will be in charge for the away trip to Brackley on Saturday.”
Chambers said: “We have inherited a good side from Bernie and we can’t wait to get started.
“We’re delighted to have got this chance at a club we believe has fantastic potential.”
The Pitmen currently sit eighth in the Zamaretto League Premier Division.
