England manager Fabio Capello will quit as the national coach after Euro 2012 to enjoy “life as a pensioner”.
He made the announcement last night saying that he will leave when his contract expires in 2012, leaving England searching for a new manager for the World Cup qualifiers.

Everyone wants to come here for the money, players, managers, coaches, but they all have trouble coping with the media spotlight. Even our own take out injunctions against the Press. Capello has made some recent brave decisions to bring in younger players who haven’t yet succumbed to the nite-life, the fights, brawling and callgirls. He might as well go for broke and leave on a high of his own making because, in the end, he won’t break the system of the cesspit that is the Premier League.

Yes. Time to go Cappie. We will not miss you – take Roonie with you. England will NOT win anything whilst these two jokers are there.
Let us start our search NOW. Number ONE name in the frame is Mr. Tony Flair. He should have had the job years ago.

Whats the point of that? It suggests to me that Capello sees the England job as little more than a pension fund. Along with most of the squad his only motivation is money. Get Harry Rednapp in now & see if he cant do a bit of wheelin & dealin!

Was he able to articulate the announcement in English? I think they should retire the people that chose him at the same time or sooner.
