Time to map out a plan for Villa's future

No fear of Oxford for Harriers boss
Tuesday 2nd February 2010, 8:45AM GMT.
Kidderminster Harriers manager Steve Burr has warned his side will show no fear of Oxford United when the teams meet in league and FA Trophy games this month.
Saturday’s Blue Square Premier match against the second-placed U’s at the Kassam Stadium will now be the precursor to an FA Trophy quarter-final on the same ground on February 20.
Harriers booked their place in the last eight after edging a derby over local rivals Worcester City at St George’s Lane last night, captain Chris McPhee with the only goal of the game after the break to see off the home team.
Now Burr’s men go to Oxford to face a team who could go top with a win, before the two face off for the chance to move within one game of Wembley.
It’s probably the biggest draw of the quarter-finals, but the manager insists his side are not giving up on their trophy dreams.
He said: “It’s a tough draw, without a doubt, but at the quarter-final stage you get what is given to you. At least we go there Saturday in the league, so at least we will have a little taster for it before the trophy tie.
“We have every chance of getting through, we know it will be a hard game but the lads are very confident at the moment.”
Burr brought in Burton Albion winger Marc Goodfellow for the rest of the season on transfer deadline day yesterday, whilst allowing out-of-favour Liam Dolman join Blue Square North club Corby Town on a month’s loan.
Dolman has made just seven appearances since signing from Northampton in the summer, and finds his path blocked by the partnership of Martin Riley and Gavin Caines in the centre of defence.
The manager said: “It will do Liam the world of good. He’s going to a very good club for a month and we’ll see how we go. He is a Northampton lad as well so, location wise, it is good for him.”
