Good spirited performance tonight, bit of a scrappy game but the boys put a real shift in. No gilt edged chances but we created a lot more and certainly gave Liverpool a game.
Let’s hope we get a couple of more guys in, and someone to partner Doyle who I thought was outstanding tonight – played with his heart on his sleeve.
Top result lads, let’s take this into the Hull game now.

I was delighted with the performance of the players last night we got in their faces which is what we have to do with these top teams cause they dont like it. I have been saying for a long time we are to going to stay up. Play like we did last night against Hull 3 points.
