Stafford Rangers striker Henrik Ojamaa has returned to Derby County at the end of his loan spell - but talks are continuing to borrow defender Ashley Wooliscroft again.

Estonian youth international Ojamaa, who turned 19 on New Years Day, is not expected back from Pride Park after a month at Marston Road.

Right-back Wooliscroft is also back at league rivals Fleetwood after two months with Rangers, but boss Chris Brindley is working hard on a deal to take the 30-year-old for another month or for the rest of the season.

The manager has a few irons in the fire and wants to make room in the budget to add a couple of faces to the squad, but is taking nothing for granted until his search bears fruit.

He said: "Henrik won't be coming back to the club I would think, but we are hopeful of doing something with Ashley. The question is whether Fleetwood will want to release him again, there are a lot of games to play and they may decide to keep all the bodies they have.

"There's quite a few things going on and we are working on a few deals, but nothing has come off at the minute. We want to bring a couple of players in, and we don't want anybody leaving the club either.

"It may take a little time, but we are hard at work on that score."
