Take a look at Villa’s new away kit

Villa today confirmed Genting Casinos will be their main shirt sponsors for the next two years as the club launched their new away shirt.

The claret and blues have signed a deal until the end of the 2012-13 season which will see the Genting Casino name and logo on the home and away shirts, after Villa’s deal with FxPro was ended by mutual consent.

They operate over 40 casinos in the UK and are part of the Genting Group, which is one of Malaysia’s largest multinational corporations with a range of activities.

The new away shirt, which the club have called the “most environmentally friendly ever,” will be available for pre-order from today and will go on sale from July 14.

Villa chief executive Paul Faulkner said: “We are pleased and excited to be partnering with Genting and we are looking forward to benefiting from their position as a leading international corporation in the leisure and hospitality industry.

“We believe this will be a good and positive partnership for the club and it reflects our continued growth.”
