A Los Angeles television presenter has apologised after he confused Hollywood superstar Samuel L Jackson with Matrix star Laurence Fishburne in an interview.
Jackson was asked about his role in the new RoboCop film by KTLA's entertainment reporter Sam Rubin when he asked the star what kind of reaction he had had to his Super Bowl advert.
But when Jackson, 65, replied "What Super Bowl commercial?" Rubin realised his mistake.
However, his mistake was made even more uncomfortable as a visibly annoyed Jackson went on to list other black actors and the products they promote and added: "We don't all look alike. We may be all black and famous but we don't all look alike."
Rubin later apologised to Jackson and viewers.
