Concern growing for missing Walsall woman

Concern is growing for the welfare of a Walsall woman who has been missing since Friday.

Ruth Anne Smith left her home in Aldridge at around 10.20am but has not been seen since.

The 42-year-old is described as 5ft 1ins, with straight shoulder length brown hair, of a slim build and wears glasses

She was last seen wearing a black fleece, black trousers, black Dr Martens boots and carrying two carrier bags.

She has not been missing before.

Anyone with information should call police on 101 or the Missing People charity anonymously on 116 000.
