RAF Cosford museum

We recently had a lovely day out at RAF Cosford, looking round the museum. Whilst aircraft are not really something that would immediately attract me this place was very interesting and Mick (my other half) found it fascinating.

There is a large selection of mainly post-war aircraft, including a few iconic examples with a whole section devoted to the 'Cold War', when the Berlin Wall divided Europe.

The museum itself is free (although there is a small fee for parking) and there is a picnic area at the front, or refreshments are on sale in the two cafes on the premises.
