Bushbury Road blocked as van rolls over in Wolverhampton

A van buckled after rolling onto its side in a crash in Wolverhampton this afternoon.

But despite the damage - which includes a smashed windscreen and missing bonnet - nobody was seriously injured.

Emergency crews were called at around 4.20pm today to the crash in Bushbury Road.

West Midlands Ambulance Service spokesman Murray MacGregor, said: "When our ambulance arrived a man was out of the van and sat on nearby grass.

"The van was leaking fuel and the road was temporarily blocked.

"The man had suffered only minor injuries and he did not need to go to hospital."
