Caught on CCTV: Nine sought and six arrested after football disorder

Six men have been arrested following disorder at a football match, while police continue in their bid to find others involved.

Two men aged 24 and 21 from Willenhall, two men aged 21 and 26 from Bilston, a 28-year-old man from Wolverhampton, and an 18-year-old from Wednesfield, were all arrested in connection with disorder at the Sporting Khalsa vs. FC United of Manchester FA Cup tie on Saturday, October 24.

They have all been bailed pending further enquiries.

Another man, whose picture was circulated online with a group of others following a CCTV trawl, has been identified and will be spoken to in due course.

West Midlands Police remain keen to speak to those pictured above.

Sergeant Mick Wilkinson, from West Midlands Police, said: "We continue to appeal for information to identify other suspects involved in the disorder and we also need witnesses to come forward with information to help with the investigation.

"Anyone who can help is asked to contact me on 101. Alternatively, they can contact the independent charity Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111."
