Noodle bar bid at former Wolverhampton pasty store

A former city centre pasty take away will be turned into a noodle restaurant under new plans.

A proposal has has been submitted to transform The Cornish Bakehouse on Dudley Street into a restaurant featuring eat in and takeaway options.

The plans have been put forward by Goldthorn Hill-based businessman Sai Sharma.

Four jobs will be created if planning permission is granted by Wolverhampton City Council.

The Cornish Bakehouse is part of a national chain and closed its Wolverhampton store in 2013.
