Paramedics and firefighters called to crash in Wolverhampton

Emergency services were called to a two-car crash in Wolverhampton last night.

Firefighters, paramedics and police were sent to Dudley Road just after 10pm to reports of a crash.

The people inside the cars got out before the fire service arrived.

The extent of any injuries is not yet known.

A spokeswoman for West Midlands Fire Service said: "We were called to two cars in collision, the people got out before we got there.

"Police and ambulance were in attendance and crews made the vehicles safe.

"They were there about 50 minutes and left just before 11pm."
