Fiona Moore, aged 26, was a dress size 22 and weighed 19 and a half stone after getting through 4,500 calories per day.

But the fast food addict from Kidderminster was left red faced after becoming the victim of a cruel 'pull a pig' prank – where men compete to chat up the fattest and most unattractive women in a bar.

Mortified, she ditched her unhealthy diet of, fried chicken, kebabs and 16 spoons of sugar in her eight cups of tea – and joined Slimming World to help shed the pounds.

After making drastic changes to her eating habits, Fiona joined boxercise, burning 600 calories an hour, and started to take her dog for longs walks.

Now a svelte size 10-12 and weighing a healthy 11 stone, Fiona has never felt better and can finally hold her head high.

Fiona, an office administrator, said: "I was mortified when I realised I was the victim of that disgusting prank.

"I couldn't believe people could be so cruel, when I got home that night I just cried and cried.

"I never told anyone what happened that night. I'd reached my heaviest weight of 19 and a half stone and I knew I couldn't go on like that anymore.

"I joined Slimming World, stopped eating fast food, and started exercising daily, I couldn't believe how quickly the weight started to drop off and in my first week I lost six pounds which gave me the motivation to carry on.

"After losing eight and a half stone, I finally reached my target weight in February this year and I have never felt better.

"My fiancé William Dugmore, 33, has helped me feel confident again and I can finally be proud of my body and put that horrible prank behind me."

Fiona had battled with her weight ever since childhood and was called cruel names at school by her class mates.

At the age of 16, weighing 18 stone, Fiona started a part time job at her local fish and chip shop and her weight began to increase even more.

She added: "My boss would send me home with whatever food was left over, pies, sausages, battered cod, I could eat it all.

"I would get through six slices of toast a day as well as eight cups of tea with two sugars in each – I was eating 4,500 calories a day.

"I had not long split up with my boyfriend of four years and I wanted to go and let my hair down.

"My friends and I went were out in a club one night when a gorgeous guy started chatting me up – I couldn't believe it.

"We started to get to know each other and were getting on really well when he asked me to come over to meet his mates.

"I felt really pleased with myself that I had pulled, but when we got over to their table I started to get suspicious.

"They all had big girls with them and suddenly the guy I was with asked, 'Do any of you ladies know when McDonald's opens?'

"His friends burst into laughter and in that moment I knew it had all been a sick joke. I ran out of the club.

"When I got home I burst into tears, I was so embarrassed."

The cruel joke left Fiona humiliated and she kept what happened to her that night a secret.

Reaching 19 and a half stone and a size 22, Fiona realised that she couldn't go on the way she was and eventually plucked up the courage to join Slimming World.

Fiona said: "I made huge changes to my diet including cutting out white bread and sugar from my tea.

"I started to take the dog on long walks. Before I would have got out of breath really easily, but as I got smaller I started to enjoy walking a lot more."

Since starting her slimming world journey in 2014, Fiona has lost eight and a half stone and can now fit into a size 10-12.
