Stourport family escape carbon monoxide poisoning due to faulty boiler
A family in Stourport escaped carbon monoxide poisoning following a faulty boiler.
Emergency services were called to the address, in Linden Avenue, at 22.34pm on Wednesday.
The carbon monoxide was detected by fire crews in a cupboard where the gas boiler was located.
A spokesperson for the West Midlands Ambulance Service said: "We sent a rapid response paramedic to the scene where we assessed the four patients for possible effects of carbon monoxide poisoning."
The four patients showed no signs of symptoms.
A spokesperson for Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue confirmed the cause had been a faulty boiler, adding: "We sent two crews to the incident and used pressure ventilation to ventilate the property.
"The gas and boiler were isolated by engineers from Transco."
