Man stabbed in second attack in Dudley borough inside 24 hours

Three teenagers have been arrested after a man was stabbed in Dudley - one of two such attacks in the borough inside 24 hours.

A 22-year-old man was treated by the ambulance service for a stab wound and head wound after an attack in Lower Gornal.

The attack happened on Saturday afternoon at around 5.35pm.

Police officers were called to the scene by paramedics following the assault in Shadwell Drive.

The victim was taken to hospital where his condition is described as stable.

Three teenage boys all aged 15 were arrested on suspicion of assault and were later released on police bail pending further inquiries.

It is one of two stabbings in Dudley borough over the weekend.

A teenager is in a critical condition after being stabbed in Sedgley.

Emergency services were called to Sedgley high street at around 6pm on Sunday night.
