Man and boy arrested in connection with Kidderminster school minibus thefts

A man and a teenage boy have been arrested in connection with the theft of two school minibuses in Kidderminster.

The pair were detained on Saturday by West Mercia Police in connection with the thefts from ContinU Plus Academy in the town on Wednesday, April 12.

The man, aged 56 from Kidderminster, and boy, aged 15, were arrested on suspicion of theft.

They have both been released under investigation while police enquiries continue.

The school was previously targeted last summer – when three of its minibuses were stolen.

They were all replaced before two were taken in this latest theft.
