Nadine Foster death: Two charged after teenage mother killed in car crash

Two men have been charged over the death of a teenage mother who died after the car she was a passenger in hit a wall.

Nadine Foster, 18, was travelling in a Ford Focus when it crashed on April 16 this year at around 2.20am.

She was taken to hospital but died a few days after the crash, on Hagley Road, Oldswinford.

Today, West Midlands Police said Dylan Stringer, 22 of Wychbury Road, Stourbridge and Joseph Chance, 24 of Murcroft Road, Stourbridge would appear at Walsall Magistrates Court on Wednesday.

They have been charged with causing death by dangerous driving and causing death by driving a vehicle unlicensed and uninsured.

Nadine's family have paid tribute to the 18-year-old, who they described as the 'light of their lives'.

They said: "We are devastated to have lost our beautiful Nadine. She was a loving mother, daughter and grand-daughter.

"She was a happy, smiley girl and the light of our lives. Nadine will be missed every day; her loss has left a void that will never be filled.

Nadine was a former student at both Dudley College and Stourbridge's Pedmore Technology College.
