Two men arrived at Hartlebury Service Station, near Kidderminster, to carry out the terrifying robbery in the early hours on Sunday.

CCTV images have been released by police showing men wearing face masks baring the St George's Flag during the raid.

Detectives says the pair arrived at the station, in Crown Lane, Waresley, Hartlebury, near the A449, at around 4am.

They threatened a member of staff and forced him open the tills with a crow bar.

Police say the pair then made off with cash and cigarettes in the direction of Kidderminster or Stourport.

The offenders are described as white men, both of stocky build and about 6ft tall, both wearing face masks with the St George flag and gloves.
