Warning as bogus sellers target care home claiming for be from Staffordshire Police
Bogus sellers called a care home claiming they were working on behalf of Staffordshire Police, the force has warned.

The caller said they were from a company selling advertising space on behalf of police but fortunately care home bosses decided to check before agreeing to part with any money.
Firms across the county are now being warned to be on guard against the scam after the home in Blythe Bridge, near Stoke-on-Trent, was targeted.
Insp Ian Hancock said Staffordshire Police did not produce publications where advertising would be sold to businesses.
He said: "There have been a number of reports of bogus ad sales and conmen."
