Woman badly beaten in Walsall after night out

A woman was badly attacked in Walsall after a night out, leaving her with fractured eye sockets.

CCTV shows the the 31-year-old leaving Manhattans on Lichfield Street at 1.52am.

She has no memory of the attack, but detectives believe she was attacked in the area of Hatherton Street/Lower North Street between 2.17am and 2.26am.

Police are now hunting three men in connection with the attack, which happened on November 6.

The first was white, 6ft tall and stocky with a shaved head and stubble on his face. He was wearing a thin blue Adidas jacket with no hood and bright white trainers. He had a diamond stud earring in his left ear.

The second was white, 5ft in height and of average build. He was wearing a thick black jacket with no hood.

The third was white, of average build, around 6ft and with short dark coloured hair. He was wearing black jeans and either dark trainers or shoes and a dark coloured smart coat with a hood.

Pc Dan Spreckley, from Bloxwich police station, said: "We are urging the public to come forward with any information, however insignificant it may seem, as it could help solve this case."

"Were you in the area at the time of the offence? Did you see anyone acting suspiciously? Does the description sound like you or someone you know?"
