Caught on camera: Suspect wanted after woman smashed on head with bottle in Dudley
This man was being sought by police today after a woman was left needing 13 stitches when she was hit on the head with a bottle in Dudley.
She had met her attacker for a drink in Dudley town centre and then the pair had gone to apartments in Dixons Green Road, Kates Hill.
There, the 56-year-old woman was hit with a bottle in a stairwell.
The attacker was black, aged between 18 and 22, slim, 5ft 7ins tall with short black afro hair and wearing a zipped up purple Nike top.
Dc Deborah Hickinbottom said: "Officers have carried out local enquiries including house to house as well as CCTV examination in the area.
"We are keen to trace the man from these CCTV images and would ask anyone who knows his identity and his whereabouts to call Force CID on 101."
