John Anslow is accused of organising the murder of 27-year-old Richard Deakin.

Mr Deakin, a Walsall skip hire boss, was killed in July 2010 just minutes after his fiancée had left their Chasetown home to take their two daughters to school.

Gunman David Harrison and getaway driver Darryl Dickens have already been convicted of Mr Deakin's murder.

Jurors were sent out to consider their verdict by Judge Mr Justice Wilkie at Woolwich Crown Court at 1pm.

Tipton man Anslow, aged 33, denies murder.
