Woman charged with murder after Christmas Day Walsall house fire
A woman has been charged with murder after a man died in a house fire on Christmas Day.

A 58-year-old man died in the blaze at a house in South Street Gardens, Caldmore, Walsall.
West Midlands Police charged unemployed Susan Buckley, aged 57, with murder.
She will appear at Walsall Magistrates Court tomorrow morning.
Detectives have not yet named the man but have confirmed he died of smoke inhalation.
Police said specially trained officers are supporting the man's family.
Officers have been patrolling the area surrounding South Street Gardens to offer reassurance to concerned residents following the blaze.
