Man in court over firearm and drug offences following Dudley house raid
A man has appeared in court charged with firearm and drugs offences following a house raid carried out by police.
Officers searched an address on Corser Street, in Dudley, on November 28 and found drugs believed to be heroin and cocaine, as well as a small cannabis factory.
A pistol and and silencer was also said to have been found.
Stefan Rattray, aged 24, of Attington Drive, Eve Hill, faces nine charges covering possession of a firearm, ammunition and silencer, possession of heroin and cocaine with intent to supply, production of cannabis, and resisting arrest, including with attempted use of a firearm.
Rattary spoke only to confirm his name during a court hearing today.
He was remanded in custody to appear at Wolverhampton Magistrates' Court on March 3 for a plea and case management hearing.
