A woman has been charged with the murder of a man found stabbed to death at her Wolverhampton city centre flat.
Unemployed Caroline Loweth, 49, of Market Square, Wolverhampton, appeared at the city's magistrates court today charged with killing John Fletcher, who was 53.
The pair are believed to have been known to each other, although the nature of their relationship was not immediately clear.
Mr Fletcher is believed to have stayed at a number of addresses around Wolverhampton.
Loweth, who was wearing a navy blue T-shirt and spoke only to confirm her details, was remanded in custody.
Another hearing has been scheduled for tomorrow at the city's crown court.
