Man arrested after Keyway van crash is charged
A man who was arrested by police after a van collided with a barrier on a main route has been charged.

Arvinder Kandola is accused of failing to provide a specimen and is due to appear at Walsall Magistrates Court on November 7.
The 25 year-old, of Uplands Road, Willenhall, was arrested by police following an investigation into the crash.
Railings went through the front of the vehicle in the smash along the Keyway at around 11.30pm on Tuesday last week.
He has been bailed.
The railings missed the driver by a matter of inches.
Fire crews from Willenhall and Bilston were called and said it was remarkable no one had been injured.
