A man has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving after a crash that killed a 16-year-old boy in South Staffordshire.
Ben Henshaw was a passenger in a Peugeot 206 that plunged into a lake at Patshull Park Hotel in Pattingham, near Wolverhampton, last August.
Ben, from Alveley near Bridgnorth, had been in the car with a young male driver and 15-year-old girl passenger. Police said a 19-year-old man had been charged with causing death by dangerous driving. He will appear in court on March 22.
