Drugs found in Wolverhampton house raid
More than 500 cannabis plants have been found during a raid at a five-bedroom house in Wolverhampton.

The drugs were in a specially converted room complete with lighting and heating equipment, although no one was in the house at the time and no arrests have yet been made.
Police remained at the house last night and were conducting further inquiries in the area today.
Police said each mature plant would be worth £200, giving a value of £10,000.

Pc Joe Trusselle, of Wolverhampton Police, said that forensics would be checking the house for DNA.
He added: "We've found 241 mature cannabis plants and 374 seedlings at the address.
"We're thankful for the vigilance of local residents."
