Visitors will be able to enjoy a series of local history talks from guest speakers about the Black Country's history and traditions.

There will also be an opportunity to get advice on ancestry research and there will be family and local history society exhibitions.

People can also learn more about how the archive service works through a number of behind-the-scenes tours.

As part of the First World War commemorations there will also be an exhibition detailing the contribution which Dudley borough men made to the 1914-1918 conflict.

The exhibition will showcase local people's memorabilia and stories from the war that really will resonate with residents today.

Visitors can also contribute to the borough's archives collection by bringing along their own interesting old photographs or First World War memorabilia which will be copied and added to the archives collection.
