Commando Army Wear was for many years based in Lichfield Street, Wolverhampton, but in 2009 moved to bigger premises in Darlington Street.

The shop has now closed but the business will continue trading online as Mean and Green.

A statement on the company's website states: "Our Wolverhampton store is now closed and we trade exclusively online.

"We'd like to express our thanks to all the customers who visited our store over the many years of trading in Wolverhampton city centre."

Owner Jon Robins declined to comment on why the shop had closed and said the focus now is on the online business.
