The scheme has been granted planning application but needs councillors to rubber-stamp its approval as it is a departure from the council's local plan.

A report to the meeting recommends that 'an exception to the Black Country Joint Core Strategy and local development plan be allowed' for the plans.

A reception and cafe will be part of the arena in a disused warehouse in Churchbridge, while seating for parents would also run around the trampolining area.
