Demi Anslow, age 13, went missing from her Windsor High School in Halesowen school on Thursday afternoon and caused concern when she failed to return to her her home on Beecher Road, Cradley.

But police have revealed that Demi was found safe and well on Saturday afternoon.

Officers had appealed for information on Saturday morning after growing increasingly concerned at the 'out of character' disappearance.

They had been making enquiries and searching places where she is known to frequent before sending out the appeal.

When Demi was still missing DC Gareth Homer, from Brierley Hill police station, said: "This is totally out of character for Demi who has never been missing before.

"We believe that she has been quite active on social media and friends may have heard from Demi and do not realise that she has been reported missing."
