Paramedic slams Dudley patient who urinated on floor of ambulance in A&E row

An ambulance has had to be taken off the road to be cleaned up after a patient purposely urinated on the floor of the vehicle after paramedics refused to take him to A&E.

The incident happened during a call-out in Dudley last night.

When the male patient demanded to be taken to hospital he was told by paramedics there was nothing wrong with him so he didn't need to be transferred for any further treatment.
