Ben Locker is wanted by West Midlands Police in connection with a robbery and assault in West Bromwich, where the victim was punched and stamped on before cash was taken.

Locker, aged 27, is known in the Birmingham and West Bromwich area. He is described as having a slim build with green eyes and mousey hair.

He speaks with a Birmingham accent and has a distinctive tattoo of Japanese writing on the right side of his neck. He also has the word 'BLUES' tattooed on his left forearm and an English flag tattoo on his right.

His face will appear with others wanted by UK police forces on a van fitted with a large digital screen that will launch in London before travelling to major cities across the UK – including Birmingham.

The Most Wanted anniversary will see a total of three vans fitted with large screens travel 800 miles between them as they hit the streets of major cities on a tour through England, Wales and Scotland. Over the next five days they will be visiting Slough, Southampton, Bristol, Cardiff, Birmingham, Nottingham, Leeds, Newcastle, Liverpool and Edinburgh.

Darren Cohen, 34, is also wanted by Gloucestershire Constabulary over an attack at a nightclub in Eastgate Street, Gloucester, in September. He is believed to have links to Wolverhampton.

Lord Ashcroft, founder and chairman of Crimestoppers, said: "Most Wanted continues to be a success a decade after we launched it and we wanted to celebrate this milestone. A huge number of those who have been listed on the website have been arrested over the years and we hope this Most Wanted tour of the UK will increase that number.

"The digital screens will be hitting the streets, possibly going in to the cities and towns where these suspects are hiding."

"We urge the public to have a look at those screens when they pass by and, if you recognise any of the faces, contact Crimestoppers anonymously."

Crimestoppers' Most Wanted was launched on November 17 2005 and was, at the time, the first national online source of wanted individuals in the UK.

The site initially provided photographs and descriptions of known suspects before expanding to include an 'unknowns' section of CCTV images.

The aim was, and still is today, to give members of the public the opportunity to give information about any of the suspects to Crimestoppers anonymously.

Pauline Hadley, Regional Manager for Crimestoppers in the West Midlands, said: "Most Wanted appeals to the nation's 'arm chair' detectives – those who want to help fight crime from the safety of their own home and, above all else, anonymously. It was quite ground-breaking as the first national online source of wanted individuals ."
