The roundabout at the junction of Wallows Lane and Bescot Road forms part of the £26m highways improvement package through Pleck and Darlaston.

Work is under way on the project and motorists are warned of delays, with overnight roadworks in place for three weeks from Monday as part of the project.

Councillor Adrian Andrew, deputy leader for Walsall Council, said: "This essential work is being carried out as part of our drive to improve the links for businesses who will eventually move to the Darlaston site of the Black Country Enterprise Zone.

"We understand that these works may cause some inconvenience but we have planned them so that they cause as little disruption as possible to residents, businesses and road users."
