Six advertising backing boards have been stolen from the Shed End at The Grove stadium. It follows two break-ins at the club in Old Hawne Lane.

A new sponsor for the Shed End is about to be announced, with their logo and images being put on the stand. But officials say this may not be ready for the start of the season following the attack.

Commercial manager Chris Lambert said: "I can't believe what anybody would want with several black pieces of hard plastic.
