Nearly 30 firefighters tackle blaze near Featherstone Prison
Almost 30 firefighters were called to a field fire that broke out near Featherstone Prison.

Crews from Cannock, Penkridge and Codsall stations attended the fire, which started at a disused building on the field off Brookhouse Lane in Featherstone at 3pm this afternoon.
The blaze caused police to close the road temporarily on request from firefighters at the scene.
Nobody was injured during the blaze.
The fire was under control at 5pm. It is unclear how it started with investigations being made.
