Taxi passenger injured in three-vehicle Wolverhampton crash

A taxi passenger has been taken to hospital this evening following a car crash on a busy Wolverhampton road.

The incident happened at about 4.55pm when three cars collided on Bushbury Road just outside Fallings Park Fire Station.

Police attended the scene as well as firefighters from Fallings Park Fire Station and West Midlands Ambulance.

The vehicles involved included a taxi, Peugot and a Toyota and the road was blocked in both directions.

The taxi passenger was taken to hospital with severe back pain.
