Gunshot 'fired at house from car' in Oldbury
Police have launched an investigation after gunshots were fired at a house from a car in Oldbury.
Wallace Road was sealed off yesterday morning as forensic experts searched the area.
Neighbours said they heard a loud bang at around 11.30pm on Monday.
A grey Vauxhall Astra was seen speeding away from the area around the time of the incident.
West Midlands Police spokeswoman Sarah Buxton said: "Police were called to Wallace Road in Oldbury at around half past midnight following a report a shot was fired at a house.
"There were no confirmed sightings of any firearms but a grey Vauxhall Astra was spotted leaving the area at speed shortly afterwards."
Neighbour Becky Watson said: "I heard from Facebook that someone might have been shot and they cordoned off the road but I don't know what to believe."
