Mr Kirwan's family are asking the public to raise cash for a reward via fundraisers over being planned in the next few weeks.

The 23-year-old Wolves fan was stabbed outside the Uberra club in 2012. Last year, five people were locked up for their part in a street brawl during the lead-up to his murder.

But the person responsible for killing him has not been caught and Mr Kirwan's family say their fight for justice goes on.

Fiancée Jade Elwell said: "We're trying to raise a substantial reward. It's been almost three years and whoever was responsible hasn't been brought to justice. We're also trying to raise awareness of knife crime."

On May 16, on what would have been Mr Kirwan's 26th birthday, a charity football match is being held at Wednesfield FCotbaClub from midday.

A team set up in Mr Kirwan's name, TK Wanderers, will play Wednesfield FC at 3pm and there will be a host of fundraising activities throughout the day.

Uberra reopened as The Boatyard.
