Caught on CCTV: Man with a taste for £80 of stolen steak

This is the man British Transport Police would like to speak to after 13 steaks were stolen from Marks and Spencer r in Birmingham New Street station.

The meat was stolen on two separate occasions.

The first theft of nine steaks from the chiller took place at 9.50pm on Saturday, February 28.

The second incident took place on the following Saturday, March 7, at 2.30pm, when the rare thief took two fillet and two sirloin steaks which he concealed in his jacket before leaving the shop.

Sergeant Martin Smith said: "The stolen meat had a value of more than £80.

"We work hard to ensure stations are safe, crime-free environments, both for passengers and the people who work there.

"We need to find the person who stole these items. I think the man in the picture can help with our enquiries. Who is he?"
